  1. All orders are in Hong Kong dollars.
  2. Pay first, then ship, we will ship within 5-7 working days after confirming receipt of payment (depending on inventory, some products can be shipped faster).
  3. Orders can use Shop Pay (Visa / Master Card / AE / Apple Pay / Google Pay ), HSBC bank transfer, FPS, Payme, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, bank transfer / FPS takes about 1 working day to confirm, After entering the number, please send it to us via email or Whatsapp, and keep the entry slip.

  5. It is recommended to use SF Express for local delivery, freight calculation method:
    1. Orders under $500:
      • Local surface mail is $15 shipping fee (use local surface mail, no tracking number, buyer must bear the risk of mailing).
      • SF Express will charge $30 for shipping, and delivery locations include residences/schools/industrial and commercial districts/SF Express Stations. Please remember to enter your phone number when placing an order.
    2. Order over $500
      • Free local delivery fee (SF Express is selected by default, please notify separately if Hongkong Post is required), delivery locations include local residences/schools/industrial and commercial districts/SF Express stations, please remember to enter the phone number when placing an order
    3. SF Express self-pickup locations include: SF Express Station or SF Express Pickup Point .
  6. Orders from Taiwan, Macau, and Mainland China will be automatically calculated during checkout. Note: All customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
